Well...how timely is that? I literally rec'd my card about 2 weeks ago - it came while I was out of town. So, I have not even gotten to use it - NOT ONCE. And, I got an e-mail about 30min ago stating they are out of business...period. The website is already closed down. LOL! I am laughing to myself at even considering pondering a refund.

I joined Clear Pass and must say that after using it several times at different airports I am MORE THAN THRILLED about the time that it has saved me virtually every time I used it! I found the attendants at the Clear Pass lanes were cheerful and helpful (probably because the work load is way light — there was NEVER anyone else on the clear pass line!) and helped me through security quickly. I felt like a rock star going to the head of the line EVERY TIME with the Clear Pass attendants carrying my bags and smiling all the way. One flight I had that was in a way overcrowded airport with regular line out the door, saved me at least an hour by using the Clear Pass. I recommend Clear Pass to anyone who has little patience to wait in a line that inches along and would rather sit at the gate relaxing. If you use my Referral Code: SCA20888 when you sign up for the Clear Pass - both you and I will get a FREE MONTH! Thanks and good luck to you!

I'm a FlyClear member. I'm not sure that it's worth the fee -- at least not in the DC area. They promise that there will be attendants who help you with bins for the xray machines. However, at DCA, stopping at the kiosk to verify your finger print is just an extra step you have to do. You still have to wait for the agent to review your ticket and driver's license, and then wait on line to go through xray. There is NO time savings at all. In NY, the shuttle doesn't even have FlyClear. Save your money (AND your privacy). Just jump on line .... but not the FlyClear line.

I feel it would be better because it will employ a lot of young boys and girls. Yes some momo pop stores will be wiped out but the people who would get jobs will outweigh the impact of closing some shops. I think it will some how will a difference in caste system. up until now banias run small shops but the new jobs will be for everybody especailly for poor people bec these cashier or stocking jobs don not require lot of education.
then you never know
